The strongest Might and Magic hero in the game Craig Hack+Gundula. This town only have level 3 Mage Guild,but you usually get spells in secondary towns and the best spells are level1s in battle anyway. This town also have Dessa, a Logistic specialist. Easily the town with the best heroes if you don't include campaigns.
Of course they shine at magic with metamagic and access to all magic schools at grandmaster I believe, their magic heroes never get out of mana thanks to it. They can create scrolls, etc. Main weakness: not the best melee fighters offensively. Necropolis: This factions is also pretty strong.
New World Computing was dedicated to giving their fans what they wanted, and it shows. The HoMM formula truly reached its sweet spot with Heroes of Might and Magic III. It was an improvement on all fronts: sound design, custom map building, multiplayer, campaigns, factions and gameplay. Heroes of Might and Magic III I have been thinking about the best hero class in HOMM3. Generally, it seems like it will be might class hero. The factors will be: 1-) primary skills, 2-) secondary skills 3-) starting skills + specialty. However, since specialty and starting skills can vary a lot, and can also be edited from map editor, maybe we can ignore that third factor.
by Raelag84 » Jun 13 2009, 14:00. - best Might faction: best faction for beating the **** out of your opponents by sheer force; Orcs. - best Magic faction: the opposite: best faction for terrorizing and crippling and hurting your enemies by magic tricks (lets consider warcries "magic" for the purposes of this awards);

By the way, although Tower is a very "strong" faction, I make the argument that they're the "worst" faction in the game. Tower costs an enormous amount of resources (i.e. Wood, Ore, Mercury, Sulfur, Crystal and Gems are needed to get Mage Tower) to play, and this can be very problematic in 160% and 200% difficulties when certain resources might be scarce.

The Mage Guild in Heroes of Might and Magic I is the player's first and foremost way of not only recieving spells, but buying a spellbook as well. The Mage Guild is found in all four towns and can be built from level 1 to level 4. It's quite expensive in terms of precious resources, consuming over 20 of each of the four.
If you guys have the exact same version of the game (and mods if you use them), do the following if you want a pure TCP/IP connection: 1) Add the exe of Heroes III to the exception list in your firewalls and antivirus programs so they don't block the connection. 2) The host should check his IP address before playing so you can connect.
The earth elemental is the fifth-level creature of the Conflux faction in Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon's Blade. It can be recruited from the Altar of Earth. The earth elemental can be upgraded to the magma elemental. Earth Elementals are forces of Earth Magic. They take no damage from Mind, Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, and Firestorm spells. They take double damage from Meteor
